Do your products come with a warranty?
Our 1-Year Warranty ensures your HaasBling online purchase placed on haasbling.com is fully protected for one year. To use your warranty, email us at love@haasbling.com with a description of the issue and a picture of the product. Upon evaluation, we’ll send a replacement or issue reimbursement based on your country of residence.
Though we extensively test our products, our warranty may be applied against tarnishing, allergic reactions, water damage and breakage. We’re happy to help and want our customers to shop in total confidence!
How should I take care of my jewelry?
Our gold plated jewelry is designed to be water-resistant, so you don't have to worry about taking it off when you're near water. However, we recommend limiting prolonged exposure to water to keep your jewelry looking its best. When you're not wearing your pieces, we suggest storing them in the original HaasBling In the bag, dry place to help maintain their luster and extend their lifespan.
Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on international orders?
We do our best to make sure you don't have to pay additional import taxes or duties. However, sometimes local tax laws are beyond our control.
If you are charged additional taxes/duties at the border, it is your responsibility to pay the down payment imposed by the local tax authority. However, please email us the situation afterwards. We'll see if we can find a remedy for your next purchase, or provide you with a special discount code.
What is your return policy?
At HAAS 8L1NG, your happiness is our priority. That’s why we offer an extended 30-day return & exchange policy.If you're not satisfied with your purchase quality reason, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt.
